In the academic interest of all students preparing to appear in the Maharashtra Government State Common Entrance Test Cell for Admission in the MBA/MMS, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Agriculture courses for the Academic year 2026-27: CET 2026 CET Online Registration date extended from 13 February 2026 to 20 February 2026, as per the Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, has officially announced an extension of the online registration and application form filling for MH–MBA/MMS CET 2026.

As per the official notice dated 11/02/2026, the registration window has been extended from 13/02/2026 to 20/02/2026

This extension applies to candidates seeking admission for the MBA/PGDM/MMS Academic Year 2026–27.

AADHAR and APAAR authentication for students appearing in CET 2026

‘As per the CET Registration Notice: No.TED-1125/C.R.56/CET 2026/Extension Notice/2026/372 Dated 11/02/2026 for the Registration of MBA/MMS & MHT CET (PCM/PCB) CET Examination (A.Y. 2026-27). Candidates who have not yet generated their APAAR ID must create an APAAR ID through DigiLocker. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell for further updates, detailed schedules, and instructions related to the examination. The online application registration schedule and information brochure for the above examinations are available on the official website: www.mahacet.org. Public Notice for CET 2026 Registration - Adhar Notification

The Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has issued a public notice regarding ‌mandatory Aadhar authentication.

The CET Cell has provided necessary facilitation measures for candidates who are facing difficulty in completing the Aadhar and APAAR authentication during the CET 2026 registration process so that no eligible candidate is inconvenienced or deprived of filling the CET registration form.

While Aadhar remains the preferred mode for verification during the CET Registration 2026, the CET Cell has shared a workaround for the candidates.

What if the CET candidates cannot complete the MH-CET registration 2026?

Candidates who cannot complete the Aadhar and APAAR authentication because of technical or genuine issues can fill and submit the application form on the CET 2026 registration portal without Aadhar and APAAR authentication.

The facility is active from today, 13/02/2006.

Candidates who have completed the Aadhar and APAAR-enabled CET registration 2026 process must continue with the pre-notified registration process. 

Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully and complete the CET 2026 registration within the stipulated timeline of 20/02/2026.
